He enthusiastically guides visitors through generous tasting sessions, offering ample samples of his bars, including experimental flavors. He personally shares insights into the creative process and how the chocolate is made, distinguishing each type with warmth and hospitality. The bean-to-bar chocolate itself is delicious and exceptional, with some of the best bars available. Each bite boasts a distinctive and unforgettable flavor profile where you can clearly feel the secondary ingredients without being overwhelmed. The chocolatier likes to experiment, so the selection changes. Prices are reasonable. For all chocolate enthusiasts seeking a truly exceptional experience, this place is an absolute must-visit.
Eric is a master of his craft! his chocolate bars are some of the best I’ve ever had (I eat at least half a bar every day). The Chuncho (75% cacao) is my favorite.

A small but one of the best places to learn about chocolates. He has a great passion for creating a good chocolate bar.
I am sure of it go there after a couple of months I will be able to get a different set of bars since he likes to experiment a lot.
