The store is a perfectly fine grocery store. Reasonably clean. Decent selection. Good service. For any Stop & Shop management reading this... the reason I come to this store is that you have the EV chargers outside. The convenience to charge while shopping is great. I wouldn't be at this store otherwise... and I'd have given you 5 stars if you had more chargers (since at times I've had to wait and that defeats the whole purpose to come there). Also, suggest you expand your anti-theft radius on the shopping carts by another 10 yards... they tend to lock up just short of the charging stations.

There is a person. I don't know about the cashier manager who is quite rude in her service. Besides, they put products mixed with those that are on sale and when you review your purchase, they charge you at a different price. Many discount fruits or vegetables are already quite damaged.

I've been with their pharmacy for 4 years and it only ever keeps getting worse and worse. EVERYTHING is out of stock. Do not fill your prescriptions here, ever. I just had surgery and now my graft is going to fail because they can't get my medication in time

I used my son’s Stop and Shop card to buy 4 lbs of cherries today. He had APP to clip a coupon $1.99 per pound last night at home. But I was overcharged $4.49 per pound. The woman who is the manager is rude at customer services. I said that I had never use any coupon before! So I planned to send an email to the higher level and see what was happening to the coupon. Finally, she refunded the money to me. At the same time, she yelled at me and said she had put me to the book. What a mess store manager is!

Good: Staff are generally friendly, plenty of parking
Bad: produce is filled with damaged product, meat/egg packages frequently leaking/spilling/damaged. Shelves are filled with a million options that nobody seems to buy, but always seems to be missing something that you need. I often have to go to a different grocery store to find something basic. Frustrating
