“We saw Dr. McEwan today after moving to Massachusetts from California, and wow. I've never had a vet be so thorough, thoughtful, and informative.

After reviewing our 5-month old pup's records with me, Dr. McEwan spent a solid 10-15 minutes answering questions and giving me breed-specific training advice. For example, when doodles grow up, they often hate getting their paws touched, so Dr. McEwan explained how to desensitize/train our labradoodle for nail cutting.

Truly above and beyond care, and our pup had a great time at the vet.

“This is the best vet in the state of MA. I made sure to find fear-free certified vets, and that’s how I found Dr. Hummer. My dog (6 yo, spayed, mix, rescue) is terrified of going to the vet, and Dr. Hummer played with her and got to know her before he started his exam. You actually couldn’t tell that he was examining her because he was so gentle and loving towards my dog. This vet answers all my questions and is always a joy to see. My girl loves the vet now!!”

“It was my first time here and I didn't know what to expect [since I recently moved to Boston with my pup]. However, everyone was very kind and professional.
The front desk was patient with my pup [who was a little nervous, as is the case with going to a new vet] and offered her treats to calm her down.
I loved how gentle and loving Dr. English was to my pup. Luna [my pup] was a little nervous initially, but Dr. English took the extra time to play with her [belly rubs work every time..haha] and make her comfortable and then did a thorough evaluation.

Logistics and Pricing: Booking the appointment over the phone was very convenient and when I arrived, there was no wait time. The prices for the normal vet visit and the vaccines were also very reasonable.
