“My regular pharmacy kept telling me my prescription was delayed (a few different ones). I called Shaws and Josh was amazing! He transferred all my prescriptions over (even from a separate mail order pharmacy). He called me several times to confirm information and keep me updated. It felt like such a personal experience! Within a few hours my prescriptions were ready and waiting! I highly recommend them! I felt like I was their only customer!”

“I am here once again trying to leave a review for one of my best CVS stores. Hoping Google doesn't delete my comment as they always do, which I've been considering very unprofessional on behalf of Google.
Now, I want to add that this particular CVS store has one of the best employees ever. She's very kind, without mistaking that for anything else. She's very courteous, always serving me very well without looking at who she's talking to. And well, aside from that, I've started using the coupons the CVS app offers me, so I can't ask for more from this store. Thanks, CVS!
I also drop off my UPS packages at this CVS, and once again, the girl who always helps me is very patient with me, takes her time scanning my packages, and always helps me if I have any questions. In short, she's the reason I'm leaving this review today.”

“Love this CVS particularly because its always well stocked with the latest and greatest products however the customer service on the store side fails miserably when it comes to greeting customers offering help almost on the verge of feeling unwelcomed. The pharmacy is outstanding with thier customer service friendly helpful and never annoyed with any questions you ask. Im conflicted 😐 shouldn't the whole staff as a whole share the same work ethic and conduct? Anyway its a great store ! The extra bucks rocks!!!!”

“I'm not a big fan of pharmacies, but this one does it right.Even though they're in a busy hospital, their service is much more personal than at the big corporate pharmacies. They're quick but polite, and they take the time to go over the drugs with you. That should be the way it is at every pharmacy, but unfortunately, it's a rarity these days.”

“The staff is 5 star, the parking lot is minus 5 stars, Walmart is Walmart, so I am giving it good, but not perfect. If you go to this Plainfield Pike Walmart for a pickup, go all the way to the far side. There's lots of signage pointing to the pickup, but the throngs of people ignoring cars and crosswalks alike make it tough to concentrate on driving.”

“I recently visited CVS Pharmacy to pick up a prescription and had a very positive experience. During my visit, I needed assistance finding a way to split my medication into four equal pieces. Brad, the pharmacist, went above and beyond to help me.
He was professional, patient, and took the time to clearly explain the best option for accurately splitting the tablets. His guidance was not only helpful but also gave me confidence that I was handling my medication correctly. It’s reassuring to interact with a pharmacist who genuinely cares about patient safety and takes the time to assist without rushing.
In addition to Brad’s excellent service, the store was clean, well-organized, and the staff was courteous. My prescription was ready on time, and the overall process was smooth and efficient.
I highly recommend this CVS Pharmacy location for their knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service, and commitment to patient care.”

“Editing my review to mention that even though I love it here, they need to pay attention to the items they mark on sale. I’ve lost probably about $50 in total from buying items that are marked as on sale for some price then when I check my receipt they’re actually 5x that price. (Example a sauce that was listed as 2 for $6 but I was charged $5.69 per even though I bought 4 and pasta was marked down for $1 so I bought a ton then they ended up being $1.99 each, doubling the price of things I bought only because of the sale, not because I wanted 6 boxes of pasta and jarred sauce.) the sale was until 7/30 so I know I didn’t miss it or misunderstand because I read the whole sale sign first. They do have great sales here often but they are not always totaled out at the end. Very important to check your receipt before you go
