“I didn’t need to wait for service, which is extremely important to me. The attendant was very polite & respectfully helped me with the checkout process, which confuses me at times. The store itself was clean & the shelves orderly. There is always someone available to point you in the right direction if you are unable to locate what you’re looking for. CVS carries a wide variety of merchandise & often it is easier to run there than make a trip to a larger market or department store. I am very satisfied with the service I receive & would recommend CVS without any qualms.”

“In a day and age where customer service is bordering extinction, it was very refreshing to find staff member Bizzy going above and beyond the call to assist me with copies of old photos for an upcoming wedding. He was very patient and shared with me some new and improved technology to scan and copy photos and gave me a break on the price as well due to a special they were running that I was unaware of. I would highly recommend patronizing this business.”

“First off treat people with kindness and respect, the pharmacy staff in my opinion do their best given the situations and customer abuse they receive repeatedly. Treat them with kindness and respect, you might get it in return. That said corporate has a lot to do to improve customer satisfaction, but it is not the fault of the staff. 5 stars is for the staff 3 stars for corporate.”
