“I have been a customer of Rite Aid 1207 Acushnet Ave, New Bedford Ma for some time now and have always found the store to be one of the best in the area, I am greeted as soon as I enter the store, the store itself is very clean better than some other chains I have used over my many years. Enough cannot be said about the pharmacy, the techs are all very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They have always been available to help when I call to ask simple questions like when can I get my refills, Without the techs the store would be lost they are the main operation along with the pharmacist for the way they help the customer. The store has all type of supplies and assistance is only a question away.”

“I live in Westport and the CVS in Westport on State Road is where I have been getting my RX's. I have not been happy with the team at the pharmacy nor the supply of medications I am in need of. They would never have Ozempic, and they told to find this at another CVS myself. I am currently not taking this diabetes RX but have gone back to Repaglinide and this pharmacy also told me to look at other CVS's for the RX instead of doing that themselves, which is what I was told they are supposed to do.
I have now been put on insulin while taking a 2nd RX of Prednisone because it is raising my sugar to over 300. So I decided to switch my RX's back to Target CVS. The pharmacist who assisted these past couple of days went above and beyond, more than one day, to help me. Store #07140. I believe the young pharmacists name is Stacy. You are lucky to have such a caring and dedicated employee.

“Update: Reducing a star because apparently the entire pharmacy staff takes lunch at the same time and the pharmacy closes down mid-day. Unfortunately, it’s always during my lunch break as well.The pharmacy staff here have been outstanding during this entire pandemic. I’ve had to make a few med runs for my elderly mom and they’re been great with curbside pickup. Super caring and meticulous when it comes to proper sterilization.”

“I shop here all the time . Lately (since Christmas) you have been running out of Jiffy Pie Crust—or it’s so far back I can’t reach it. Today in the baking aisle , again no Jiffy Pie Crust. Which is the best by the way . Anyway , almost finished with shopping, in the last aisle where the frozen breakfast stuff is , there’s a shelf on the front of the freezer door WITH JIFFY PIE CRUST in it !!!!! “I went to this branch to get copies of pictures off my phone. This was a daunting task for me. Some pictures had to be enlarged and Kayla was really helpful despite how busy the store was. She assisted me through the whole process and added some helpful suggestions. I highly recommend asking if she is on duty if you are technically challenged like me!”

“I love this pharmacy! Unlike the CVS down the street (548 Dartmouth St.), there are almost no lines here AND the employees in the pharmacy and the store portion are extremely friendly and helpful, in stark contrast with the CVS employees, who are THE most unfriendly, miserable and downright hostile people I have ever seen (read my review and the countless others). This Walgreens is the ONLY pharmacy I will do business with. I highly recommend them.”
