Poor customer service in pharmacy. Requested help concerning status of my prescriptions and received nothing but poor attitude from certain employee.
Having my prescriptions transferred elsewhere, where they act in a professional manner and understand proper customer service.
Take my advice and find another pharmacy.

By far my favorite CVS. Front end staff and pharmacy employees extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I have been a loyal customer for over twetyfive years. Each year the level of competence and customer service has been whaning. They filled a prescription I did not ask for, charged the $25. I sent my son back to return the unwanted script for a refund. They would not. So they threw it away. Not calling to tell me the ramifications. No call. My son did not know any better. Find any other pharmacy

Terrible experience. Just mean people. If you donāt like your job you should move on. Donāt take it out on your customers. Went for consultation. Thought I was missing a prescription. Pharmacist (one Iāve never seen before) was called to the window. Immediately told Iām at the wrong window with a scowl. Went to the next one. After playing 50 questions, I was told curtly that I already picked it up and given a time and date. I replied that I couldnāt have picked it up at that time unless it was a weekend day. She said āI donāt have a calendarā. Things just got worse from there. Iāve been getting prescriptions filled here for 30 years. Service deteriorates a little bit more every time. They wonāt get my prescription business ever again. š”

Awful pharmacy, worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, thank-you for absolutely nothing, I know now I will never go to CVS in Dennis especially for anything ever again!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced, the female pharmacist working Tuesday night March 18 th 2025 had absolutely zero empathy and or customer service skills. She should be working in a warehouse far away from the public. You lost a customer today CVS!

Worst CVS I have ever been to in my life! The whole pharmacy staff is rude, they make you feel like you're a burden to them, and they just overall lack any attempt at a decent customer service experience, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! I wish I could give negative stars. I will never do business with a CVS period! Because of the horrendous treatment I received from this locations staff! Especially the female pharmacist that worked Tuesday night March 18, 2025. She was so rude she didn't give me her name! So hopefully the date and time will help. She should be reprimanded for her awful attitude and complete lack of empathy.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy at this location. Let me start by saying that Amy (pharmacist) is an angel on earth. The compassionate care she provided to me, and on my behalf, at an incredibly stressful time was not just a testament to her as an incredible pharmacist but as an incredible person. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had access to essential healthcare even when it seemed that the odds were stacked against me. Her dedication and determination were evident as she navigated obstacles to secure access to a vital medication and part of my treatment plan. An absolute standout woman who is a fierce advocate for her customers. Thank you, Amy & the pharmacy team at Patriot Square CVS.

This review is for Marissa in the pharmacy. I have been using this pharmacy for a couple of years and I've never had any issues. Today I was getting meds for my son after the doctor failed to send the prescription twice. On my 3rd trip to check on the prescription I arrived just after they had closed for their lunch break. I was initially told I'd have to wait until 2 but Marissa was a superstar and helped me out. She told me they were out of one the medications so she transferred to another pharmacy that had everything and also helped me figure out an issue with my health insurance. Thank you Marissa for going above and beyond!

The CVS store itself is standard, one person on register/6 in line with 2 checkout robots that constantly malfunction. CVS PHARMACY goes above and beyond to ruin your day though; it's quite literally the poorest run operation of any kind I have ever had the misfortune to stumble across. The pharmacy techs have NO pharmaceutical knowledge, which doesn't matter in the end because they literally make an effort to be rude/reject your humanity. Not indifferent, not unhappy with their job, but quite literal disgust for anyone standing across from them. They nonchalantly disseminate incorrect information regarding medications like a local giving bad directions to a tourist. Pharmacists are equally disenchanted with existence. Pharmacists routinely have no technical knowledge beyond the information on the side of the bottle. I understand your disillusionment. But really, with all those drugs back there I can't get one smile and an engaging personality?Edit 12/06/23: Never going back. Resident register lummox Gene raised his voice at me when I pointed out they've been open for 30 minutes when he claimed "they just opened!"; whatever I've seen him have a few tantrums on customers before. Then whilst waiting, I saw him yell at a 90+ year old guy cause he didn't understand what a prior authorization was. Didn't try to help him call the doctor/clear it up, didn't try to explain succinctly what a PA is. Just threw up his hands and screamed over the elderly man until the poor guy gave up. It was apparently for a life threatening condition as well. Pharmacist wasn't as rude as Mean Gene, but was just as unhelpful and cosigned Gene's verbal assault, "Have the doctor call us." THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE! WHO'S THE DR. GOING TO TALK TO? I'm friggin shocked, disgusted and genuinely concerned for the well being of that elderly gentleman. The only kind person consistently working in the place is the tall guy on the register. Nice dude. Literally everyone else, I have had a net negative experience, with each on varying degrees of magnitude.Moral of the story, officially changing over to Walgreens

Unbelievably bad. Prescription for doxy (I got a tick bite) was called in and it took a week to fill. Now Iāve got Lyme disease and need full treatment. Pharmacist was rude and did not care nor did she care to find out why it took so long. This pharmacy is consistently bad on all levels and now switching to another

store is open till 10. had an emergency. went at 9:28. checked the hours of EVERY CVS, could have gone to another one.. but thought no this is closer to home. Had no time to go anywhere else because they all close at 10 around here. I was standing at the door and the woman just kept staring TOTALLY KNOWS I AM THERE. Makes zero effort to do her job and assist me, Mind you technically THEY ARE OPEN. So I knock, still ignored me till I had to aggressively knock on the door to get an answer(like is the door broken? ) and she comes cracks the door " sorry cant work alone had to close the store " *slam* . Rude & unbelievably lazy. literally staring at me the whole time. I would not have cared or written a review had she said "hey sorry im alone here ! had to close early" , but she just ignored me in the cold knocking on the door while staring at me DURING their normal hours of operation
