Aside from the fact that they sometimes raffle off a free iPad, as a business, they have a very customer experience focus.

Booked an appt over the phone with Tony. An excellent communicator. He confirmed the year make and model of the car and we talked about considerations for the fluids over the cold months.

My car went right in as soon as I got there. I paid about 1/2 of what I would have at the dealership.

They do a free inspection and advise you of upcoming required service. I chose which ones were critical and timely to me.
They ordered the parts and when they come in, I’ll be back to do the work.

If you drop your car off, there is a link they send you to see the overall health of your vehicle.

They simply show you what your car needs, help you choose what’s most important for your budget, and move forward from there.

The waiting area and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The parking lot is beautifully paved and monitored by security cameras.

The staff is incredibly friendly. You’ll know you made the right decision when you get there.

“In searching for an autobody repair shop, I came across Easton Autobody and the reviews listed here. I read the reviews and with the high rating of 4.8, I decided to go to their shop and I am glad I did. I met with Jose (owner) and showed him what I needed. He explained the complete process in detail which made me feel extremely comfortable. Talking with him you get a feeling for his experience and knowledge. I was looking to have the repair done the week of Thanksgiving (2024) as I had that week off from work. Jose was able to accommodate my request. I dropped my truck off (2024 Chevy Traverse RS) and met with Jose (technician). Showed him what needed repair and he reiterated in detail the process of what was to be done. The feeling of confidence that I had chosen the right shop. Today they called to let me know my truck was ready to be picked up. Upon arriving, I see my vehicle and the repair (well actually you couldn't tell anything had ever been touched), The work that was done is completely undetectable and looks factory if not better.

I am not going to discuss price because I have nothing for comparison. During the evaluation, I was given a rough estimate and the actual bill matched.
