“What a wonderful shop! From the minute my friend and I entered both Allison and Natalie could not do enough to help us- Allison showed us how to do a bead stitch that confused us and even printed out directions for us. Natalie helped us re-create a necklace she had clearly spent hours making.
The shop is warm and inviting and has every kind of bead and beading supply you could possibly want.
We are returning to the shop today to get more beads, more inspiration and more help- another day of fun!”
“Georgia from the Brockton mass store was so wonderful to work with, she went above and beyond helping my daughter pick out a watch for her boyfriend. In addition, when we went back to pick up the watch, she was so helpful and explained the warranty and all the details. My husband went back to her and bought me a pearl necklace for Christmas and he also said that she was so great. I went back again today and she helped me with the watch battery replacement. Daniel from the Brockton, MA location was very helpful to me when I went into the store with a broken necklace where the pearl fell off. Although the pearl wasn't covered, I was able to buy a warranty since it had been under a year since I purchased the necklace. The claw clip on the necklace was very small so with purchasing the warranty it allowed me to get a bigger claw clip so that I was able to put the necklace on by myself. Daniel was able to quote me a price and gave me a discount to purchase the new pearl and I was extremely happy with how he explained everything and was very friendly and nice. I would recommend Daniel and the Brockton Kay Jewelers store!”

“I needed a gift and fast! I called to see if they had a particular watch but while on hold had to take another call that took a lot longer than expected. I received a call back and returned the call shortly after closing. They went out of their way to provide their cell phone number so I could text them a picture of what I was looking for, remember this was after closing the store. They had what I wanted and opened the store so I could purchase all while providing exceptional customer service. Thank you to the Manager I believe her name was Britney and her colleague Alex. Unfortunately, it recently went missing, leading me to search through old emails in an attempt to find a replacement.Holly and her team were incredibly helpful and quickly created a perfect replacement. “I brought two rings to Warren Jewelers to have fixed. Both are very sentimental and my wife was nervous giving them to anyone. I was informed of the repairs that would be performed and agreed with their professional recommendation. The owner informed me that is would take seven to ten business days, I was fine with this timeline. I was called seven days later to pick the rings up. The price was exactly what I expected. Upon returning the rings to my wife she was amazed at how they looked. Meticulously cleaned, repair undetectable. The diamonds shine more than the day we purchased them. I am extremely happy with the level of service and expertise. Exceptional company.”
“I honestly can’t get over how amazing Snyder Jewelers is. My Dad passed away a few years ago and left me a diamond ring that was a bit on the masculine side so I brought it in to see if they could place it in a more feminine one. Process was super seamless they showed me several options on a screen where you can see all the dimensions (super helpful). I made my choice and they even took money off for the band that it initially came in. Oh and while I was there they cleaned my wedding rings which is always a huge plus, looked brand new when I walked out. They kept me in the loop via text with updates and even picked it up for me on the way back from a wedding they went to! “Have been meaning to write a positive review re Chateau Jewelers after they added diamonds to my 50+ year-old wedding ring a few months ago. When I went to pick it up, the guy who did the work came running out from the back room saying, "Wait! I want to see her face when she sees the upgraded ring!" I was absolutely delighted and I guess I showed my enthusiasm. Lovely to see a skilled jeweler take such pride in his workmanship. I don't buy much jewelry but would trust Chateau if/when I do.
