“A truly wonderful store with something for everyone and the nicest staff ever! I also love their custom options, like kid art or pet portrait embroidery options. I got my husband a shirt with our son’s drawing embroidered above the pocket and it’s priceless to us. Support local!”

“This place was amazing. I absolutely love Flags and the selection was plentiful. Kate was helpful but not pushy. I enjoyed our conversation and her knowledge of the store products. I left today with three new flags for my collection And, there is more than flags. Stop in when in the area”

“Kestrel is my favorite store in Northampton! In fact, you would have to travel far and wide to find a more beautifully curated store! It is my go-to for gifts, cookbooks, plants, jewelry, etc. The space is beautiful, and Eliza has such a keen eye for choosing the products that she sells. Just being in there lifts my mood. “I’ve been coming to Winifred for tarot readings over years now. Every once in a while I’ll go through something or feel something and know its time. Every reading I receive from her feels a little different and is exactly what I need to hear to shake off what I’m going through. Her straight forward approach and clarity is appreciated, it feels safe and respectful. These readings are great guides with an equal mix of advice and interpretation. I walk away feeling renewed and with new knowledge. You cannot go wrong getting a reading for yourself or as a gift, book the hour and don't blink.”

“I ordered the Playful Penguin Race online, it shipped incredibly fast! I ordered on a Friday and it arrived on a Monday. The toy did not work upon the first try however it was no fault of the distributor (it was an internal wiring issue and the toy is very old so I wasn't too surprised) and my boyfriend was able to repair the issue in under half an hour. When my package arrived it was clear it had been handled very carefully and was in wonderful condition.”

“So I ordered ornaments for Christmas and went to pick them up and gave my first name for the order. Debbie looked everywhere for them and could not find them and went above and beyond to find my order. Turns out they needed my last name (That is 100% my fault for giving my first name instead) and there was my order. Debbie is such a star for being kind to me and working it out with me. I am so grateful. I am so sorry again for the confusion and so grateful for all the wonderful people who work there ❤️ happy holidays!”
