“Excellent, we'll cared for selection. I love the local grown plants, so many native options for sun and/or shade. The staff is friendly and helpful. Best place for any seed you could imagine! Highly recommend Sixteen Acres!”
“They have a really nice selection and plants - wonderful perennials, shrubs especially. We went on a very hot week, very hot day, and things still looked good staff was very helpful, decent prices and a great, fun selection of garden and patio decor.”
“I love Tractor Supply...love just browsing around. Staff is always helpful no matter which one I go to.

“Andrew’s Greenhouse is more than a place to shop for plants—it’s a place to visualize ideas. The annual displays encourage you to explore and discover combinations you might not have considered, while the perennial selection includes both reliable favorites and distinctive varieties that can be difficult to find elsewhere. There’s also a nice selection of herbs and vegetables for the home gardener. The garden shop offers a wonderful mix of nature-inspired cards, pottery, garden art, birdhouses, wind chimes, and other unique treasures that you won’t find everywhere. Add in the backdrop of open fields, trees, and mountain views, and it’s easy to spend more time there than you planned. It’s one of those places where the care, creativity, and attention to detail are evident wherever you look.”
“I live in Portland, Oregon and wasn't able to find Broad-leaf Bamboo in the area so I ordered some from Tripple Brook Farm.It arrived last week looking very healthy. Got it in the dirt and it's doing well, I'm relieved that it made it across the country in good condition. Beautiful plants.”
“Good selection of outdoor plants and items for the garden, and indoor plants, as well. Many pots in all kinds of sizes. I've always had positive interactions with employees.”
“Just had some beautiful loam delivered today. It came exactly on time and the driver and his assistant were very courteous and helpful. I've used Megan's Valley in the past and have always been pleased with their responsiveness and dedication to quality customer service.”

“Shout out to Catherine Dayoff and the staff in the kitchen design department at Home Depot in Hadley. She really helped me figure out a countertop color to replace the worn red one in this small kitchen, and ensured great communication throughout with Ware Rite, the installation company. Great results. Thanks again!”
“Lovely place with friendlyl and knowledgeable staff and a nice variety of plants and bouquets. I was immediately greeted and offered assistance by Robbie, and Devon helped me pick out the perfect bouquet for my family. I would definitely go here for flowers again ! ?”
“Visited the store on a Saturday afternoon and Carl was working the checkout line in the lawn and garden department. He was very helpful and professional. Home Depot needs to promote quality work ethic that Carl clearly provides your customers. Please take note and recognize him in his next review.
Thank you for a great shopping experience..”

“Update 2/9/22 : still good, lots of shelves close to empty but I found what I was looking for. Seems like all local stores have the empty shelves so I wasn't surprised to see this Walmart affected. Otherwise, everything still ok here, clean, organized and friendly staff.....Not one of the biggest stores but they have a very good selection on hand and the staff are friendly and helpful. This location is very convenient for me but wish it was a full size "Super store" but all in all it is very good.”
“If you looking for home stuff or home improvement then this is the right place to go in springfield area. It has a huge selection home stuff here. Parking space also huge”
“Jerri in Appliance’s is amazing very knowledgeable and thorough! She did follow up calls and made sure my order was delivered! Thank you so much for your great customer service Jerri!”
“I had a broken key in my dead bolt. Zion, your key specialist, in the Memorial Dr., Chicopee store provided me with excellent service. He took time to try various methods to remove the remaining part of the key. Manny and Ian also provided assistance. I was impressed with all three of your employees. JHA, 7/14/23”
“We have always received excellent customer service at this location. We have remodeled our entire home and have had nothing but the best sales and service from this location.”
