He gave me suggestions on how to proceed. I decided with a recut/polish of the diamond and reset. The outcome was beautiful. Tim made time for me during the busy holiday season to size four watches, which I truly appreciated. Every time I come in and chat with Tim and his wife, it feels more like catching up with old friends than a typical business transaction. I’ve honestly never felt that level of comfort and welcome in a jewelry store before.
On top of that, their pricing is more than fair especially for the level of quality they offer. The genuine, neighborly atmosphere here is something special and hard to find these days.
