“Yesterday I had to pull over suddenly for a little roadside emergency and Advanced Auto was closest. I called them blindly and quite a bit stressed about this horrible noise my car started making, not drivable and I rely on my car for a living. Mike was patient and kind and was able to figure out the problem quickly so I had my car back by the end of the day. He was fair and put me at ease with it being a simple solution. He is the only jiffy lube I will go to and the only person besides me I let touch my cars! When I go to this jiffy I know I am getting the best possible service for oil changes and more around! “I got my oil changed here and it was a very quick service! It seriously took me less than 20 minutes. The employees were very kind and courteous and they even offered to add air into my tires for me. I thought it was an upcharge at first so I said no but then they explained that it was included! The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had a coupon on my phone, and he said he took care of it but when I looked at my receipt later I realized the coupon wasn’t applied. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt though because I really don’t think they noticed and I didn’t notice either so its partially my fault as well. I will definitely be coming to this location again though!”

“Amazing service! I came in with no appointment because my car had a very loud noise coming from the front wheel area, and I was really worried it might be something serious. They took the car right away, diagnosed the problem fast, and fixed it the same day. The noise is completely gone now and the car drives perfectly. The price was very fair, the work was professional, and the whole experience was stress-free. This is honestly one of the best and most honest auto repair shops in the Boston area. Highly recommended!”

“I chose to get my oil changed here this summer and boy am I glad I did. The team worked efficiently and was overall good vibes and great teamwork. Kory was very helpful to me he explained everything they were doing costs etc and I could see them do it so I loved the transparency and was shown everything. He was a good conversationalist, kind, and answered all my questions and took good care of my car. I had a trip to Canada coming up and so I got a new battery, oil changed with filter, and two other air filters and one in the cabin. I had work after and surprisingly for everything they did I don’t believe it took much longer than 15 minutes and it would have been even faster if it was just the oil change. “Over a decade ago, before they moved to their present location, my daughter was visiting from college. Her car had an unknown problem and she had to leave the next day. They fixed it, treated her with respect, did not feel like she was being taken advantage of, and the price was very reasonable. I have had my work and stickers done by them since then, both at the old and the new location. Recently my hybrid Honda needed a tune-up (the car died when I was out of town, it had a frozen gas line, I requested and paid for a diagnostic, the diagnosed work would have a 4-digit cost, I said I'd think about it and left). Xpress Lube diagnosed and did the work for around half the price, and my MPG increased about 5MPG ever since. I told them they don't charge enough for their work. If you want a sugar-coated explanation of what's wrong and a high price, go elsewhere. If you want a very honest and direct assessment, you will get that here. I prefer honest and direct.”
