“I love this place! I'm so glad my nurse that I had up until a year ago changed my prescriptions to them. Very rarely do I run out, and that is due to the availability of the medication.
The staff is friendly and respectful. The delivery service is spot on and calls when they are just around the corner. Mike is my delivery person, and I can't say enough good about him.
My neighbors always tell me when I see them, "Your drug dealer came today, right?" They are joking about it the way they say it. They mean oh you're medication was delivered today. This means my prescriptions, which technically are drugs but legal.
I really have nothing negative to say about this pharmacy. Wish I could give them more stars than 5. I would give them infinity stars.

“I have been a loyal customer of Walgreens for years. Both here in Massachusetts and when I lived in Florida. Never had a complaint. However; the Walgreens on St James, Chicopee, MA seems to have kinks in their pharmacy hours. Several times when I needed my medication, the pharmacy would be closed without notice. Then they cut their hours!! The staff was great and they had no control whatsoever over pharmacy hours. But they just became too unreliable. So. I switched to the Carew, St pharmacy in Springfield and it’s been smooth sailing!! Excellent customer service! Thank you!!”

“I have had scripts filled here for a couple years. I find Brad and his staff very friendly, accommodating, and professional. Ordering refills is easy either online or by telephone. I usually have a quick refill turnaround; and if there have been any delays, it was immediately communicated to me. If there has been any problem with the medications or applicators, they have resolved the issue promptly. They will offer to contact my physician for refills. I always pick up my prescriptions so I can’t comment on the mail delivery. I don’t usually have to wait to pick up my order, unless it’s busy. Overall, very pleased.”
