“I recently visited the Staples store in West Springfield Mass to find a batter back up for my home computer. The sales associates were knowledgeable and very helpful. Not sure that I could have made the right selections without their help. I typically go straight to Staples for office supply needs. Not necessary to shop around.”
“I had a return for an Amazon package, and the employee, Heather, was very kind and explained the process to me. The label costed me $4 but it wasn't an inconvenience at all. I just wanted to the package out of my hands and Heather was all smiles. Very helpful and courteous, she deserves recognition for superior customer service.”
“I had great experiences at this USPS in Holyoke. The lobby is clean. The people there are very friendly and helpful. The clerk Cathy helped me fill the mailing label when I sent international packages. She also patiently explained what's the significance of having a signature from the receiver when I went there to mail important documents.
By the way, the people in the office know how to do prepaid mails.”
“The line went 'very' quickly I could not even believe it! The employee who helped me was kind and considerate, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction, and worked hard to find the least expensive way to get my package to my dear friend overcoming cancer. I like this UPS store especially because it's right in line with all of the other errands I do (Riverdale Road).”
“This is the best post office there is in the area, I ship a lot of packages and no matter how many or what size, I am greeted with sincere assistance. In particular Sheila has gone over and beyond in professionalism, I travel 20 miles to get to this office rather than my own local one. It's worth the trip.”
“I admit, I was terrified when my package from St. Louis to Seattle somehow ended up on the opposite coast in Massachusetts. I was even more upset when I read the reviews for this distribution center. Fortunately for me, they redirected my package to its proper direction in a timely matter. I had no conversation with them, because I didn't need to. They handled it. I appreciate that alot. So, if your package ends up here, give them a lil time and patience. It may arrive later than expected, but it will arrive.”

I wish they would give the people getting passports clear instructions that they can walk away with, fill out the form, then come back to the counter instead of standing there clogging up the line and every time I hear the same thing “you have to fill everything out, yup you need to fill that out too” idk how a stranger needs to assist you in writing your personal information, it shouldn’t be that difficult. Otherwise the line seems to move quickly.”

“If stamp collecting is your thing, than this is the post office for you! They have an excellent selection of current stamps, and a decent group of slightly older stamps. If you're looking for a specific newly released stamp, and other area post offices are already out of it, try the Florence Post Office.”
“I visit this Fed Ex store many times. I stopped utilizing UPS because of the rude, impersonal and an uncomfortable feeling that I'm bothering them when asking a question. Jenny, Amyah & Yar's smile, personality and professionalism make my experience at this branch awesome. All three are attentive and work great as a team. All three are always present, meaning and always have their undivided sincere attention. These 3 young ladies represent Fed Ex excellent. Continue to inspire your staff and remind them how amazing they are and how much customers appreciate them.”
