“I had to call this USPS location today because of a customers lost package. The employee I spoke with, Jeremy, went ABSOLUTELY ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping me figure out what happened and where this package went. After discovering where the lost package was, Jeremy took it upon himself to retrieve the package from the wrong address to hand deliver it back to my office. All in a matter of a half hour. If that aint getting things done, I dont know what is. Not only is he a phenomenal postal worker, he is an amazing people person and is hysterical! “I've lived in town for nearly 30 years and the Southborough Post Office has always been great. I've had a Post Office Box for many many years and that's worked out great as well. However that PO Box has become ridiculously expensive. Other than price, everything is great.”
