“The entire staff at Associates have always been polite and professional. My buddy Buster was there for a Tech appointment but Dr. Rosiello made time to address a few concerns I had. He truly has my pets best interest at heart. Over the past two years, Dr. Rosiello has volunteered to do several rechecks without charge. Recently, our buddy had a growth removed from his left eye. When it came time to remove it, Dr. Rosiello advised that he could do the surgery or I could have it removed in a much less intrusive/risky way. He provided that referral and sent us on our way. Buster had that growth removed without the risk or complications of surgery. Dr. Rosiello even commented how well it looked during a recent visit!!!!”

When deciding on treatment (antibiotics) options, he went with the one that would cause the least amount of stress on my cat. “Tough day yesterday as we had to put our cat down. When our regular vet was unable to see us - Boston West made time for us right away, diagnosed her and offered our options and their potential outcomes and costs. We made the decision to put her down (very, very sick Kitty) and the team was caring and compassionate while being highly respectful and professional. Made a difficult day a bit easier and we are very appreciative. Five stars.”

“We have been going to Ashland Animal for over 30 years. Every fur baby received the best care. We moved to Worcester 20 years ago and we still take our dogs here. We would never go anywhere else.The doctors and staff members have always been kind and gentle. One of our dogs is scared of the scale, because it moves. Haven't figured out why it's a problem for him. The techs are great they have to lift him, he's 60 lbs, and place him on the scale, then they give him a treat for being such a good boy.We did try a vet in Worcester, just because it was closer to home. That didn't work out! The doctor was anywhere near the kind compassionate person we were looking for.”

“Just took our newly adopted dog here to get updated on all her vaccines as our vet is very backed up. I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews because our experience was fantastic. The 2 staff that checked us in were very thorough. They checked over all of her medical paperwork from her adoption and explained options. I told her we had a vet appointment in 3 weeks and she gave me the option to have her boosters for the vaccines with our vet or to come back to Vetco. There was no pressure either way. Once we saw the vet she provided an exam and explained everything. I felt the process was easy and the staff were all very professional. I think this is a great alternative for anyone having a tough time getting an appointment with their local vet or looking for affordable vaccines for their pet”
