“Suzanne has been treating our 11-year old pug for spinal stenosis and other progressive joint issues for the past year. Initially, he was resistant to her rehabilitation efforts. Gradually, however, our pug has relaxed into his sessions, appearing to actually enjoy them as he has increasingly benefited by appearing to have less stiffness and pain and better balance when sitting and walking. Suzanne has a great sense of where to go in her mobility therapy sessions. We recommend Northboro Canine very highly for for their competence, care and best interest of their patients.”

“So happy we have found this place . Our 5 year old French Bulldog developed a herniated disc and is about 3 months out from surgical repair and unfortunately is still paralyzed in his hind legs
Dr Parkis who is wonderful and her amazing staff have taken such great care of our boy he is currently receiving electro acupuncture and laser therapy. Like all Frenchies he has a “personality” the acupuncture actually calms him down it seems like he enjoys it and looks forward to his visits. We have seen some improvements with the therapy and remain hopeful that he will re gain mobility . If not I am confident that the staff will guide us into next steps .. ♥”

They’ve been there every step of the way, providing guidance and care. They’ve handled all his medical needs, from neutering and vaccinations to removing a growth. As new dog owners, we’ve had numerous questions, and they’ve always been more than willing to help. Their front desk staff is incredibly kind and helpful, even amidst the daily influx of questions and calls. A special thank you to Brandon from the front desk! Their prices are also quite reasonable, but as pet owners, I highly recommend getting an insurance plan for emergencies.”

“I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Slade. Im from NY and drive all the way out to them for reproductive services for my dogs and wouldn’t have it any other way. In the time leading up to my visit, both their wonderful tech, Jessy, and Dr. Fiamengo answer countless questions for me via phone and email with care and detail. I recently went to them for a TCI on my female and it was the first time I used this method for breeding so of course I was nervous. But once I arrived, my nerves were put to ease. They were very attentive, kind and paid attention to every important detail needed for a seamless experience. Dr. Fiamengo and her assistant, Nicole, allowed me to come into the room for the procedure and talked me through the process as she was performing the procedure on my dog. This allowed me to feel at ease and help my dog stay calm and as happy as possible. Following the visit, I received a very detailed follow up email with all information on next steps including when to schedule important visits and aftercare.
All of this to say, if you are looking for a vet that truly cares and is extremely educated in what they're doing.. Slade is the place to go!”

“I had such a wonderful experience at VCA in Westborough. My cat is extremely anxious, nervous, and does not do well with the vet or the carrier process, so I was already worried going into the appointment. From the moment I expressed my concerns over the phone, the team was accommodating, understanding, and supportive. During the appointment, everyone was courteous, thoughtful, patient, and gentle with my cat. From the front desk, to the vet technician, to the veterinarian, everyone took their time and made sure both my cat and I felt cared for.
As a first time cat mom, I really appreciated how informative, kind, and reassuring they were throughout the entire visit. The veterinarian was amazing and made sure I understood everything while also helping me feel supported as a pet parent. Vet care can be expensive, and one of my biggest worries was balancing his anxiety medication needs with staying on top of vaccinations and shots. They were very accommodating to my budget and helped me feel less stressed about the process. Overall, this was such a positive experience, especially with an anxious cat, and I would definitely recommend this clinic to friends, family, and any new pet owners.”

“We're navigating a difficult medical situation with our beloved cat Kylo right now, and I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Langer and the Internal Medicine team at BWV. They have been so compassionate and helpful throughout this whole process. They've taken such good care of our boy, and also been so, so kind to us while we've been on the emotional roller coaster that is dealing with a sick pet. Dr. Langer unfortunately had to give us some bad news, but she was so gracious, sympathetic, and patient while answering all of our questions and making sure we understood all of the information and next steps. Special shout-out also to techs Sonia and Skyler for laughing and crying with us, and to the whole team for all the love they've given Kylo.”
