They are all power tripping knowing we need our medication and they are in control.Was there physically in person. That means it should take them 15 mins because people who go there are the priority.I went at 10:30 and the Pharmacist herself had the nerve to tell me to come back at 2:00 pm. They literally withhold medication.

if i could give them a negitive rating i WOULD !! BECKY the “manager” needs to be removed. She does not care about human beings she is very rude she has no people skills and shrugs everything off. I went in there today after being in a five car pile up yesterday with my two kids present with me and requested my medication that was sent over from Baystate Hospital and I was informed I wasn’t allowed to pick it up because I did not have identification which was in my vehicle that was totaled by a drunk driver yesterday. i’ve been using the CVS for the last 8-9 months picking up a prescription that requires identification every month with no problem picking it up she sees it every month but couldn’t work with me this one time while i have literally no access to my license as it is in my vehicle totaled out. I did show a picture on my cell phone of the ID (that wasn’t enough) i broke my arms , toe , and have a concussion . The first lady i r spoke to was nice and went and asked a different employee with bright purple hair who turned out to be named SARA. Who literally did not wait for her co worker to be finished asking the question before just saying NO. and proceeding to help whoever was at the drive through. So i asked her to ask her manager and explain i am in pain and what has happen and why i don’t have ID but do have picture proof of ID / dish charge paperwork before she could BECKY CAME and proceeded to do what i typed above. She needs to be fired and find a job that requires no people skills. BECKY ended up CANCELING A MEDICAL PRESCRIPTION FROM BAYSTATE MEDICAL CENTER from a licensed doctor and threatened me with police. When i asked her to file a complaint she said i can go “upfront “ instead of just handing me a paper right there i could fill out and giving me her information. I called baystate who then reached out to CVS directly. I will be calling CVS corporate on Becky and Sara.

Today 3.17.22 Sarah didn't open the doors until almost 830. She was hanging out with the delivery driver instead of opening the doors to the store that opens at 8am. There were 3 cars waiting in the parking lot and one lady said "I tried knocking". I called the store multiple times until someone finally picked up at 817am. The person who answered said "oh, I forgot" in response to me asking them to open the door.Sarah seems distracted with the driver. He even had to tell her "you have a customer" when they were talking by the entrance and I was walking to the counter. No apology, nothing. Just attitude towards me for her lack of ability to do her job she chose.

I used to work for cvs this was worst job i ever had. I m so happy that I left. Employees worked whenever they felt like. One week I worked 80 hours. Management only cares about carepass

Southwick CVS Pharmacy called my PCP without my knowledge to have one of my medications changed!Apparently my current medication was out of stock. They obviously did not check with the company to see when it would be available. The audacity to make any changes without notification to the patient goes beyond entitlement! I have left CVS and gone to Walgreens.

Prescription refill was suppose to be ready on Saturday. Waited in line for 45 minutes only to be told it wouldn't be ready until Sunday. Called before coming out Sunday, was told it would be ready by 2. Then got a call saying they wouldn't be refilling it. The pharmacist literally said she "knows better than your doctor" and refused to fill it because she didn't like what it was prescribed for. Then said "too bad - I'm the boss" and hung up.Upon going into the store and pointing out state law requiring her to refill the doctor's prescription, she then said "your doctor doesn't know what he's talking about and I'm not filling it because I said so and if you don't leave I'm calling the cops".MA law requires she fill the doctor's prescription. Unfortunately she's decided that her politics take precedence over someone who actually knows what they're doing.She should be terminated and lose her license. Don't ever use this store.

Very unorganized pharmacy to receive booster this week. Did not receive $5.00 coupon after waiting in line for 45 minutes. Many people had the same appointment time as myself.

I agree with everyone stating how rude the pharmacy staff is, especially Walt & I wish I knew the name of the pharm tech who is rude to everyone!! The only nice person is Gene. There is no excuse for the way they treat people who are just trying to pick up their med. They constantly say your doc has not sent the script over which is an outright "LIE". They were also faxing the wrong doctor!! It has been 5 days & I still do not have my med. They really need to get their act together. The front check out girls are fantastic but of course they are eliminating them for self-check out. Call the Corporate Department and make a complaint!

Do not use this pharmacy the worst I have ever seen Thay are so confused and disorganized slow and seems to always be out of what you need. The store part is ok but very high prices I give one star because of pharmacy

I have never had a good experience at this pharmacy. Every time I have been to fill a prescription something goes wrong with the computer system, order, someone "forgot" etc. one female pharmacist is extremely rude. Worst CVS around. Go to rite aid for prescriptions instead. The retail section of the CVS is great, and the manager is very helpful. But the pharmacy is a headache. Every time.

This is strictly about the pharmacy. I had to wait for 5 minutes, without acknowledgement, until I finally walked up to the counter and said hello. Three people there, all obviously busy. Someone finally came over and after helping me apologized for the wait and told me how busy they were after the long weekend. I told him I don’t mind waiting- I really don’t- what I don’t like is being ignored. Look up from what you’re doing, say hi and I’ll be with you in a minute. Pretty simple.
