“I had known Gabe and Jay for over 30 years but lost track of them. While driving my dad's 2 year old Rav4 the hood lifted up and struck the windshield. I pulled over and luckily the windshield wasn't damaged but their was some minor damage where the hinges got bent too far back. I was recommended to try a autobody shop a little off my normal area and I was happy to see it was Gabe's place. He wad able to quickly assess the problem and within 9 days (only 2 days in the shop) my dad's Rav was as good as new. He even noticed a minor scratch which he fixed as well. The repair was done so skillfully it was impossible to know there had been an incident. The minimal time the vehicle was in his shop was greatly appreciated and it reduced the inconvenience factor. The price was extremely fair as it was out of pocket so I did appreciate their working with me in all aspects and touching up the unknown scratch was a welcomed bonus. “I’ve been going to O’Malleys forever. Tom, Rich, and the rest of the team are incredible. I just brought my car in for a minor repair due to a collision earlier this year - not only did they do a great job with the repair, but they cleaned both the interior and exterior of my vehicle and filled up my windshield wiper fluid in addition to the repair, at no additional charge. These are things they don’t have to do, but they DO, because they care about doing good work and making their customers happy. They always go above and beyond. Will always give them my business!”
“Had an issue with my lower rear bumper cover and had to have it be replaced or repaired with their autobody shop. I can't get over how well of a job they did on it for me,never mind the low price. They were alot lower than I had thought they would be on the price. Gave me a price and they stuck with it. I actually feel a little guilty not paying them more. Dont hear that very often.U can't even tell where the repair was done. What an awesome job! I've been going to country auto for years and I've always been treated very well. And I give them 5 stars too for helping my 87 yr young father out with his SUV down there too. I thank all of you at country auto for such great work in the body shop and the mechanics shop”

“I went in for a state inspection and asked them if they could look at one of my tires that seemed to have a slow leak. They looked at the tire and took care of it that same day. While I was sitting in the waiting room, a gentleman came out and started to ask me how I was doing and actually seemed to care about my response. He later informed me that he was the owner, and informed me of the services they provide and the extra care they take to make sure the customer's cars are taken care of even if it's just getting an oil change. It was nice to know that the owner was down to earth and really took the time to talk to a customer. He really seemed to be proud of his establishment and their quality of service.”
