They have a pharmacy clerk who is addicted to tobacco. The stench is unbearable and the poisons are dangerous. i am allergic. This addict is loaded with toxins and should not be handling people's medicine. When i complained they reacted by refusing to dispense my prescriptions, also putting my health in jeopardy. i am 76 years old.

Brand new store, only down side is the entry/exit is tight, both use the same area on rt 31 south, area on rt 9 is enter only. Confusing signage when it intertwines with their drive through pickup.

Extremely difficult to write or bash a fellow medical professional when you are also a medical professional. The tone, demeanor and flat out sass that was verbally directed towards myself, when I simply was calling to ask a question regarding a medication status for a patient. Damien, is BEYOUND rude and unprofessional. When I expressed what the patient had stated, he started to laugh and state “I did not say anything to that nor why would I tell her she’s not a patient anymore with CVS” Damien would not give me his name and I ask it again for the 4th time during our conversation. He expressed that he told the patient to call the doctor’s office and get something else since her medication was on back order. Patient is not hard of hearing and is mentally competent, of what he told her. None of what he stated today was what he told patient yesterday. I was in the back seat during this pharmacy pick up. To speak to a patient who had witness with her in her vehicle who heard exactly what this man said is upsetting. Does he speak to all patients over 65 years this way? Or all the patients who come to this pharmacy. I hope that he should understand being an educated man that most medications people are on such as INHALERS for asthma is a NEED of a medication to help that person live daily without having an asthma related issues. Glad he finds it funny to laugh at a simply question and dismiss patient’s needs.

Something as simple as transferring prescriptions that have been in place for over a year should NOT be this difficult…. I had to walk the pharmacy tech through how to bill for it….she was nice at least

This CVS in Spencer MA is brand new. It is clean and well marked and maintained. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

The place totally sucks. There is nothing else to be said other than the pharmacy and staff suck even more! I would be willing to bet that they will still suck even after they move!

No bathroom, the pharmacists are very rude! Your job isn't very hard at ALL ?One of The administrative pharmacist is definitely by far the worst I really believe he thinks he has a God complex of some sort ?. He's a horrible man that makes up his on rules dismissing policy.

Extremely toxic staff. Unwilling to help. Rude. Unprofessional. I needed my Lipitor refilled. Dr prescribed 1 3 month refill. Pharmacist basically called me a liar. Mind you, all he had to do was say, “ I’m sorry , there obviously was an error, let me confirm with your PCP and I’ll get right on that” But no. Lord forbid you admit you made an error.

Extremely Friendly service today by a Customer focused staff. I was terribly wrong on my appointment date and time, yet they were more than sincere in helping me out . All the staff members in the pharmacy were all accommodating while being attentive to others. Thank You again !

I usually try to be considerate with others and their behavior in the stressful climate we live in, but Kerri (or Kerry, not sure how to spell it), was very rude to me. I accidentally selected cash back on a self check out that wasn’t accepting cash today (even though it ordinarily does and even has a sign above it saying cash or debit). I told the woman at the front counter what I did and apologized and she was very sweet, informing me that she’d have to get someone else to help. Then Kerri came up and very rudely told me “It says no cash on the screen,” to which I apologized once more. She then took the 30 seconds to resolve the problem and aggressively placed my money on the counter saying “Here’s your money.” I said thank you and walked out. I’m not sure if it’s because I am young and seemed like a stupid kid, but I work in customer service and even I know to never treat a customer (or person) like that. Again, I’d like to reiterate how sweet the lady at the front registers was about it. I didn’t catch her name but for the past few times I’ve gone in she’s been working there and extremely nice.

CVS is the worst pharmacy you can go to. Have the staff has no clue what they are doing! It has never been the same since Mario left .I only go there for convenience because I don't have a car,or I would definitely switch pharmacy. There is one girl that has worked there for years and she is awesome cant remember her name unfortunately but that girl needs a raise
