had my prescription entered at 12:15. took me half hour to come back to spencer, spent 20 minutes in price chopper and STILL my prescription wasn't ready. will NEVER come to cvs pharmacy again

This CVS in Spencer MA is brand new. It is clean and well marked and maintained. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

The place totally sucks. There is nothing else to be said other than the pharmacy and staff suck even more! I would be willing to bet that they will still suck even after they move!

Extremely toxic staff. Unwilling to help. Rude. Unprofessional. I needed my Lipitor refilled. Dr prescribed 1 3 month refill. Pharmacist basically called me a liar. Mind you, all he had to do was say, “ I’m sorry , there obviously was an error, let me confirm with your PCP and I’ll get right on that” But no. Lord forbid you admit you made an error.

Extremely Friendly service today by a Customer focused staff. I was terribly wrong on my appointment date and time, yet they were more than sincere in helping me out . All the staff members in the pharmacy were all accommodating while being attentive to others. Thank You again !

I usually try to be considerate with others and their behavior in the stressful climate we live in, but Kerri (or Kerry, not sure how to spell it), was very rude to me. I accidentally selected cash back on a self check out that wasn’t accepting cash today (even though it ordinarily does and even has a sign above it saying cash or debit). I told the woman at the front counter what I did and apologized and she was very sweet, informing me that she’d have to get someone else to help. Then Kerri came up and very rudely told me “It says no cash on the screen,” to which I apologized once more. She then took the 30 seconds to resolve the problem and aggressively placed my money on the counter saying “Here’s your money.” I said thank you and walked out. I’m not sure if it’s because I am young and seemed like a stupid kid, but I work in customer service and even I know to never treat a customer (or person) like that. Again, I’d like to reiterate how sweet the lady at the front registers was about it. I didn’t catch her name but for the past few times I’ve gone in she’s been working there and extremely nice.

CVS is the worst pharmacy you can go to. Have the staff has no clue what they are doing! It has never been the same since Mario left .I only go there for convenience because I don't have a car,or I would definitely switch pharmacy. There is one girl that has worked there for years and she is awesome cant remember her name unfortunately but that girl needs a raise

No bathroom, the pharmacists are very rude! Your job isn't very hard at ALL ?One of The administrative pharmacist is definitely by far the worst I really believe he thinks he has a God complex of some sort ?. He's a horrible man that makes up his on rules dismissing policy.

Some staff at the pharmacy are very sweet and individually deserve 5 stars, others deserve 0. I had an incredibly difficult time getting my prescription mood stabilizer. My new psychiatrist put it under my middle name by accident, and the curly haired staff (didn't catch her name) was very unkind and rude. Shouldn't be a pharmacist. The whole situation was very stressful for me and I am thinking of switching pharmacies now, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt for now.

If I was only reviewing the pharmacy, I'd have no complaints. The woman who did my young daughter's Covid vaccines was great, I wish I got her name. However, I do have complaints about the store itself. The aisles are very narrow, it's difficult to push a shopping cart down them without being in someone's way! The self checkout registers ALWAYS have problems, yet the employees cannot explain why this is & you generally do have to wait quite awhile for assistance, if you are using self checkout & have any issues. They usually seem understaffed also. Not my favorite CVS location. Prices aren't the greatest, but they do sometimes have decent sales & they do offer the extra bucks program, which gives you money saving coupons on items that you buy often.

Every time I go here it's an issue. They tell you your script is ready and then you get there and it's not. Your doctor shows you proof they called something in and they claim they never got it.

Shannon in the pharmacy is the best, very hard worker & always has a good attitude, she's really educated and helps me find otc. ..she deserves a raise! Tiffany and Nancy rock too!!

I had an issue with a purchase there . The manager Dan? worked hard calling corporate to resolve it fast and promptly. Great group of people working there.
