“I used Dave's to repair my broken dryer, which ended up being impossible to do because the model was discontinued. Dave's helped me get a new dryer, just a basic one which is exactly what wanted, and didn't try to upsell me or be pushy, and gave me a discount for all my trouble with my last one, and delivered and installed it for me immediately. They were also super friendly and helpful! I would recommend Dave's to anyone looking for a new appliance!”

“I went to the Sturbridge Verizon wireless store on Thursday and had a very positive experience. Derrick greeted me (and my boss) at the front door and checked us in. There was a very short wait, 2 minutes or so, and then Derrick was back to help us. We weren't there to buy new phones but had questions about moving our numbers to the company corporate account and what that would entail. While he couldn't actually do that for us, he was most helpful in providing us the information and assistance we needed. We left there feeling well informed. He had a great personality and an easy, friendly way about him. I would recommend anyone visiting the Sturbridge Verizon store to seek out Derrick as he is very knowledgeable and helpful.”

“Great experience and good service. I do alot of online shopping, and if anything doesn't work when I receive it I then drop it off and it's ship back to wherever no issues. They will even help by printing my label out for me when my printer at home doesn't work to do so. I then usually receive my return quick and fast no issues. I am glad I had discovered such a convenient drop off location right in the middle of town... Thank you!”
