“Jensy was by far the most amazing young man I've ever met he was quick to help me with my issues on my bill and switch my daughter's line from Verizon to metropcs getting her a new iPhone with a case and screen protector for cheap and kept my bill at 60 for the two of us he was extremely humble and sweet he didn't just want to sell me a device he was actually getting to know his customers all while keeping a steady quick pace he made me feel at home which I haven't ever felt in a phone store, you guys are extremely lucky to have such an angel one your team and he definitely deserves the recognition I will only be coming to this metro store from now on and sending all my friends to Kelly Sq. “Amazingly inexpensive plan prices. Helpful staff. Decent phone selection. You can also bring your own phone. I brought in my iPhone 6 that was previously on AT&T, and they set everything up (no unlock even needed, especially with an AT&T phone because apparently they are on the same network or something to that effect. But the end result is that I didn't have to do anything or pay anyone to do anything to my iPhone for it to work with cricket; that may not be the case for other providers, but it's still worth checking, plus most places where you get a phone, you can contact the company-Verizon, sprint, AT&T etc., and they'll provide you with an unlock code for your phone free of charge). The network coverage is fantastic, just as good as anyplace if not better (and seeing how they use the same towers it's not really a surprise). My cell phone bill is $35/month all inclusive. No addition fees or up-charges.”

“On the 28th of December my phone broke and had to have a new phone sent to me from my insurance. I received it the next day and thought I was set, however I couldn't get my Dexcom 6 blood glucose monitor off my old phone due to the fact the touch part wouldn't work and the bottom half was black. I went to the T-Mobile store at 537 Lincoln St. and was helped by the entire staff, Elsa, Shaq, Mike and Gabriel. i was there for close to 2 hours with each one of them doing everything they could think of to help me try and retrieve my information and delete the app from my old phone. I eventually got to use a wireless mouse to do this, again with the help from each of these employees. This was extremely important to me due to health reasons as well as customer service above and beyond the call of duty. Not only have I ALWAYS spoken highly of Sprint/T-Mobile, but the people at this specific location are the greatest I have ever come across.”

“Andrew came out to my home in hopes to repair my 65” Sony tv. He quickly detected it was the motherboard that blew and told me that it would be cheaper to buy the exact type of TV but a different brand. We went to purchase the TV , he helped me bring it in and set it up. He was super reasonably priced and just a genuine guy. I would absolutely, positively use him again and highly recommend Andrew to anyone. Thank you Andrew for being so awesome!!!”

We have never had a problem with them on anything since we've been with them my only issue is that I wish they would know me by my name but Everytime we go there she is always putting the items in her name and I do the paying right now I have been paying for a PS4 and I'm almost done with the payments.”

“More like Jiminy Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer! I say this because of the wonder this establishment produced for me. To start I should be clear! THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT! Also! THIS IS NOT AN FOOD STORE FOR EXOTIC PETS!! Confusing I know, but trust me when I say this is probably a useful store. I've been hearing that people have been talking about getting telephones a lot recently and I have good news for you! I think this place sells those specifically! I say I think as I wasn't able to go into this aforementioned phone arena. They were closed when I walked by, but they do have windows in the front that showed some of their products. I mean I couldn't see it too well as I was across the street. But I think they sell phones! I don't know if they are the best phones, but I do know that there is a standing mailbox outside of it which is pretty darn helpful!So whether you have something to mail or you want to look and see if this store has phones for you, there is no need to "Wish Upon a Star" you can just come to Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer when they are open! Unless you just want to use the mailbox, in which case I think that's always open.Also when I was younger I learned how to draw Pinocchio from the VHS cover pretty good. I could only draw this and the cigarette man from Doonesbury. I was praised for one and got in trouble for the other. This sort of neutralized my thoughts on drawing as an activity for me.”

“My husband and I went into T-mobile last week, we were switching from metro. Reese the “manager” gave us false information. Set us up with the wrong plan. We were told the promotion we were signing up for was buy 1 iPhone get 1 free. Totally not the case. Reese put us on the essential plan instead of putting us on the magenta plan like we requested. THANK GOD for XAVIER For his professionalism and knowledge. Today he made things right. Thank you Xavier we appreciate you. In my opinion Xavier should be the manager of the store.”

“I was pleased and surprised at what an comprehensive selection of Japanese snacks they carry. This might be because they are located directly next to Wan Wang, a Japanese restaurant. They also carry canned Bubble Tea. Other than that, it was a tidy, average, well stocked and faced 7-Eleven. I would have given 5 stars, if I wasn't made to feel I was interrupting a conversation or a phone call when I needed to be rung in. Also no cashier at this location has ever smiled or been engaging at all.”
