“Spencer Verizon was great. When entering the store it was inviting, clean, good energy. Jake was fantastic, he had a few technical issues. Not his fault more WIFI issues( slow speed). I think he went over and above his job trying to get out phone trade ins to go through. He stuck with it and then contacted us about 3 hours later to confirm it was all set! After closing time at that. Dedication!”
