“First time here. Honda Civic, 2013. Starter was failing, and needed normal maintenance (oil, fluids, etc.). I showed up at 7am. They worked on it and I got it by around 9:38am. It was $923, +4% because I paid with card. The car works just fine. They give a 2-year warranty on the repairs. Labor costs were about the same as part costs, brand new part. There was no woman there (I'm mentioning this because of comments I read about some rude woman). They were polite, and the cost of the repair was within Kelly's Blue Book estimates. They also fix cars for the police. I'll try to remember to update you on how it goes months later! They have a place to sit, and a bathroom one can use. I drove about 24 minutes from Worcester, and I think it was worth it.”
