“Saved my doggies life! Every other place wanted 8,000-9,000 for an emergency spay and they did it for 1800 and then even refunded - couple hundred back for her being a good patient somehow. I think the end total was like under 1600 either way Azucar is alive and well pushing 15. Thanks you guys!!!”

“We recently moved back to this office after many years with another vet. We had our first appointing last week and had an excellent experience. The front desk personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. The vets assistant and the vet were also very friendly and very knowledgeable. Very impressed after our first visit.”

“Just wanted to leave a review expressing how great Dr Vooys and the staff have been with my (now senior) dog over the years. Pleasant, competent, caring, they handle my hyper dog so well and listen carefully to all our concerns. We wouldn’t want to take her anywhere else.”

“The techs were polite, compassionate and professional. Dr Gregoire was awesome. Very professional, answered all my questions, explained things in a way I could understand and thorough. I didn’t feel rushed and she listened to what I was saying. Everyone was definitely an asset to the business. The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well. Great experience.”

“Dr. Scanlon is hands-down the most kind, compassionate, and skilled vet I’ve come across in more than 30 years of pet ownership. He explains everything thoroughly, there’s never any pressure, and his prices are lower than any other clinic in Worcester County. Everyone who loves their fur babies should go here! It’s heartbreaking to see how his small business has struggled through the pandemic and how hard it’s been for the office to be chronically short staffed over the last few years, which has apparently led to some people posting bad reviews. Have a heart, people! Every place is struggling with staffing these days! Professionals like Dr. Scanlon are a rare and precious resource. We will never forget his sincere sympathy and support when we had to say goodbye to our dear Rogue, and receiving the kindest card in the mail a few weeks later was the most touching gesture. Not a prefilled mass produced postcard - an actual handwritten letter. Those are the little things that put this vet at the top of the list. Our family will never go anywhere else.”

“Masterful, Thoughtful care. I have never experienced better. The techs and the vet were very knowledgeable and the facility was put together so the thought. I thank everyone at this facility for being forward thinking and taking care exceptional care of our dog. They also took care of the humans, gave great advice, little hacks and simply provided the service they said they would and then some. They did not turn us away because of an anxious dog, they saw him outside in the fresh air. Thank you is not n enough to describe our gratitude. Thank You, Thank You, Thank you!”

“I thought all the traveling Vets were the same but these guys at the Petco in Sturbridge set me straight. They too the time to explain every vaccination and helped find lost records. Definitely a group above all others in my experience. Will come back to only them in the future!!!”
