I became a new AT&T customer. My brother is disabled and on my account. His phone was dying. He didn't want a new phone. He stated he could not afford a increase in his bill. Edwin our customer service rep, said hold on I can get you a phone. He stepped away and came back with a phone. It was his personal old phone. Oh by old phone I mean Galaxy S23 ultra. I offered to pay him, he said no. Don't come across young men like that often. Thank you Edwin. I will never forget your kindness and compassion.

Boston rd Att had a manger who was very helpful. Edwin helped me with my issues and was fast and knowledgeable. Very helpful considering I didn’t know what I was doing and he was patient with me.
