I had an excellent experience at the AT&T store thanks to Premere! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, assisting me in activating 2 phone lines effortlessly. So I walk into the store and it was the most unhelpful staff I ever seen in my life in an AT&T store.They all sit on their phone and do not do nothing to the customer service helpful. This cost me time and driving on a Saturday but I rather spend family time.

I would give 0 stars, if I could. Business follows unethical practices. One of the sales person sold me a phone on a busy day with insurance plan added; which I specifically told him not to. Further, I failed to notice the insurance enrollment page on his tablet as he scrolled through the enrollment without my consent and told me 'I am all set'. Also, he signed me up for a plan which was way different than what I asked him for. (Moron!)Fortunately, the ATT Customer service was kind enough to helo me out to unenroll me from the insurance plans and several other add-on which i did not request.I would rather purchase phones/plan from the sales person on the ATT chat room than use this store in Springfield. Quiet frankly its just a lot of hassle and waste of time to get phones in-store.

The minute I entered store Kris San Juan asked to help me. He is very pleasant, easy to deal with and knows his stuff! I wish everyone who helps people in stores were like Kris! You should be very proud of him, he's a great asset to your company! He's at the Boston Rd. Springfield MA store.

I give it a 4 went to west spfld with some issues with my phone which did not get resolved .. also wanted to upgrade my phone … they didn’t have the phone in stock I wanted .. and when she checked the stores around they didn’t have it neither .. And the only cheaper plans we’re the prepaid …. I been a customer for many years . The young girl was nice but was not able to help me . I went to Boston road … ended up buying a prepaid phone 11 not the phone I wanted too big but was trying to save money … and still when I left there even the new phone was acting up . Spend practically my whole day there . Went home close to 5 in the afternoon . My husband notice I was not too happy with the phone .. and suggested for me to get another phone one that I would like even if it cost a lot more .. I return the next day with the same problem with the phone .. return that phone .. lost about $90.00 bucks …. They only return the amount the phone cost … and told me I would loose the other $90 … Got a smaller phone 12.mini a little more expensive and try getting back into my old plan which I was told I couldn’t because it was an old plan … so the plan was a little more … and. I was also charge $40 dollars for that new plan after loosing $90.00 bucks … and leaving there with a new phone with still the same problems with the new phone … another day at AT&T wasted … my husband was pretty upset told me you been with that company all these years and no discount .. you get a new phone and come home still with the issue .I told him the young man that helped took his time calling IPHONE and AT&T customer service to resolve the issue .. and no one was able to resolve the issue ..So when I left there disappointed after spending another several hours at AT&T , I called iPhone and they said it had nothing to do with them the trouble I have with the phone messaging .. and they told me to call customer service at AT&T … frustrated I decided just to give it a couple of days and see what happens with the phone ….Anyways thank you yinka for trying to resolve the situation…. My Aunt and I went in to add her phone to my plan. Paul helped us and he was wonderful. He answered all of our questions in a way that didn't make us feel silly/stupid. He helped us pick out the best phone based on my Aunt's needs. Thank you for the great customer service!

I’ve been a AT&T customer for almost 15 years. I recently walking into the stores that I have been going to for over 15 years and was offered a promotion for two watches. I accepted the offer and add the watches to my account each watch had 1 line. Previously I have 4 lines They sent me the wrong watch I call AT&T and they quickly send me out the correct watch I returned the wrong watch there is no debating that AT&T agrees that they received the watch unopened. After two months I noticed I was being charged for the watch I returned and the line which put me at 7 lines. I immediately call AT&T and explain to them the problem they said they cancel the line and I was all set. Meanwhile this account is on auto pay on month 4 I noticed that the line was still there. I call AT&T after numerous phone calls I was able to speak to a supervisor that ensure me the problem will be solved and the lines will be removed. I didn’t follow up on it till this month when I noticed that I now have 8 lines. This weekend again I spoke to AT&T several times One of there supervisors review the account agreed that I was being charged for lines that I do not have. He told me he would take care of the problem and file a claim for all the extra money I was charge ($512.00). He assured me the issue will be fixed. I checked my account to follow up and everything is still the same. I am extremely frustrated it’s been six months and they continue to charge me for lines I do not have and watches that I do not have. And every time I get the same story will take care of it six months later and over $500.00 in the hole and still no luck. Every time I call everybody acknowledges there’s a problem but it’s not taken care of I’m frustrated after 15 years I have to switch to another carrier
