“This is the Best Transmission Spot for your Diesel Trucks.. My entire engine locked up due to a faulty hose. They not only where able to identify the problem, but had me back up in running within a week.. that's unheard of in our line of work. Most people will say 3 weeks to a month at best. “I can't say enough good things about George's Auto Body! The one down side is that the repair took a bit longer than normal. BUT the work was absolutely fantastic, and they gave my car a thorough interior detailing for free as well! They took care of some other scratches near the damaged areas, and tossed in free windshield wipers to boot! George kept me informed about what was done. When I picked up my car, he reviewed everything that he did. He told me he would bill the insurance directly for anything that was nto covered by the estimate. I will definately go here if I ever need body repair again!!!! My car looks great inside and out! Thanks so much, George and staff!!!!!”
“To me, the BEST. We live nearby in Longmeadow and have had a Minivan, Altima and two Mercedes repaired at Felix's with varying degrees of damage. Bill is a superior mechanic. They are organized, timely, super fastidious and very skilled. Paint work is excellent. Most importantly, this shop is fair with pricing and honest as the day is long. Some of these we paid out of pocket and they knew how to keep the costs down. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Also, great detail shop.”

He gave me a very reasonable estimate which I ended up not using because the car was totaled by the insurance company - and when I told him this he was actually happy for me that I got a good settlement even though it meant he got no business from me. “I purchased a set of lights in November that ended up failing before 12 months. I went to this location for an exchange and the process was seemless thanks to Jose. This was an online pick-up order which had to be handled differently. Unlike the person in November, Jose suggested a gel that would help extend the life and/or performance of the lights. Say less! I added the gel to today's transaction. He was very helpful and answered every question I had. Even explained the mail-in rebate offer in great detail circling the website and mail-in address info. If I could give 10 stars I would!”
