“I brought my car in for the 48k mile service which included the normal oil change, fluids, tire rotation and inspection. I asked if they could swap my winter wheel set on instead of just rotating the tires. They were mounted on rims and balanced so the only thing they would need to do after taking the wheels off for the rotation or brake inspection was put a different set back on, this usually costs $20 or so at a tire shop but the service manager quoted $130.
Out of principle I decided I would get all the work done somewhere else. I would have been fine with a dealer markup, but to charge a full mount and balance for the time it takes to take my other wheels out of my back seat and put them on is insane.
I'm still going to give 4 stars for the fact that when I bought the car new in 2018 I thought the process was fine and my salesman was awesome, service was mostly great until my last visit, and for reminding me that paying over $200 for an oil + filter change is kind of absurd and you can spend much less by buying what you need and taking it to a local shop”

They didn’t try to rob me for every dime and They didn’t just get the job done, they got it done quick and had me own my way, they even helped me out with fixing a mistake that was made by the tow truck company (Interstate Towing) which I will never use again, they are slow and over pricing and don’t know what they are doing. Although very busy, he took time when I was ordering to explain and again after the HITCH was installed, showing me how to fold under if needed. Tyler suggested a HITCH CAP and even offered to take the HITCH off come Winter and install again in the Spring. I would definitely suggest coming here where ever you may live as the customer service is excellent!”
“Balise Kia has an exceptional service department. I’ve had two cars serviced there and every time I appreciate the level of customer care, communication and fair pricing.
I recently had my daughters 2011 Forte there for some serious engine issues. The team there was able to diagnose the problems and address at a reasonable cost. During the troubleshooting, a couple parts were replaced that were not needed and they took off the invoice without me asking; they just took ownership. The service manager and service tech (Keisha) took the extra effort to provide an amazing customer service experience. Only place I will go for Kia maintenance.”

And then there was Will! He was such a breath of fresh air! He had my mom and me laughing the entire time. He is truly a gem of a person and brought such a positive, fun energy to the experience!!
Overall, I would recommend this place 10 times over! The customer service, professionalism, and genuine care from the staff made such a difference in this lengthy process.

Office manager, Ashley, was great on the phone and extremely helpful in explaining all options and pricing. She helped me pull off a surprise for our 16 year-old and the before and after images are incredible. He was pretty psyched! Everything done in one week too!”
