“Excellent company to deal with. Simple process from filling out online form for rough estimate to calling the next day to get a more detailed estimate after review of the car. Office manager, Ashley, was great on the phone and extremely helpful in explaining all options and pricing. She helped me pull off a surprise for our 16 year-old and the before and after images are incredible. He was pretty psyched! Everything done in one week too!”

“A pleasant surprise. Stumbled on this place thanks to Google and had little expectations going in. After 2 minutes I had a reasonable no pressure quote and they were available to do the work the next day. The work was done as promised and I walked (drove) out happy.”

“I have had many vehicles repaired here over the years, both through insurance claims and paid out of pocket. The work they do has always been top notch. My most recent experience resulted in the at-fault other drivers insurance company totaling the vehicle so no work was done; however, the help and guidance that Al and Pearl provided to me in trying to navigate this situation to the best outcome was above and beyond, for a job they made no money on. A great body shop but more importantly just super honest, decent people whom you can tell truly care. Highly recommend.”

“I had the pleasure of visiting your West Springfield, MA store today. I went in to have a check engine light diagnostic checkout. I dealt with two different staff members, a woman at the front register, and a young gentleman who did the diagnostic checkout. Both employees were awesome! They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable! I would gladly recommend this store/location, and whenever I need auto parts in the future, I will definitely go here first!”

“I went here looking for a new truck. The salesman was extremely good and got me the sheets. The manager and the salesman worked hard to find exactly what I needed for my business. They were fair and reasonable. They didnt have anything on the lot so it all has to be shipped and you order blindly though.”

“I brought my car in for the 48k mile service which included the normal oil change, fluids, tire rotation and inspection. I asked if they could swap my winter wheel set on instead of just rotating the tires. They were mounted on rims and balanced so the only thing they would need to do after taking the wheels off for the rotation or brake inspection was put a different set back on, this usually costs $20 or so at a tire shop but the service manager quoted $130. Out of principle I decided I would get all the work done somewhere else. I would have been fine with a dealer markup, but to charge a full mount and balance for the time it takes to take my other wheels out of my back seat and put them on is insane. I'm still going to give 4 stars for the fact that when I bought the car new in 2018 I thought the process was fine and my salesman was awesome, service was mostly great until my last visit, and for reminding me that paying over $200 for an oil + filter change is kind of absurd and you can spend much less by buying what you need and taking it to a local shop”

“Balise Kia has an exceptional service department. I’ve had two cars serviced there and every time I appreciate the level of customer care, communication and fair pricing. I recently had my daughters 2011 Forte there for some serious engine issues. The team there was able to diagnose the problems and address at a reasonable cost. During the troubleshooting, a couple parts were replaced that were not needed and they took off the invoice without me asking; they just took ownership. The service manager and service tech (Keisha) took the extra effort to provide an amazing customer service experience. Only place I will go for Kia maintenance.”

I’ve worked with them off-insurance months and they made repair costs super affordable for me! Not only that but they even remembered me when I returned for the 2nd time months later. I cannot recommend them enough!”

“First and foremost, every single person I encountered at this facility was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful! But the three people who truly stood out to me were Nate, Manny, and Will!! Nate assisted me with getting my Kia and took the time to walk me through the entire process, explaining everything in detail and making sure I understood what was happening. I truly appreciate his patience, kindness, and professionalism. He made sure I felt taken care of throughout the entire experience and I absolutely was!!! Manny was an absolute delight! You can genuinely tell that he loves what he does, and it shows in the quality of his work and the way he treats his customers! He did not give up on finding a bank that would work with me, and he worked hard to get me the best possible deal! I’m incredibly grateful for his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile! And then there was Will! He was such a breath of fresh air! He had my mom and me laughing the entire time. He is truly a gem of a person and brought such a positive, fun energy to the experience!! Overall, I would recommend this place 10 times over! The customer service, professionalism, and genuine care from the staff made such a difference in this lengthy process. Thank you so much, Nate, Manny, Will, and the entire team, for taking such great care of me! You guys are AMAZING!”

“Working with Mark and Manny was one of the best things that could have happened to me when I walked into this dealership. The service overall was amazing—everyone was easy to work with and very communicative. They got me into a brand-new 2026 Camry Sport Edition. It’s a very nice car. I would highly recommend doing business with this dealership.”
