“I can't say enough good things about George's Auto Body! The one down side is that the repair took a bit longer than normal. BUT the work was absolutely fantastic, and they gave my car a thorough interior detailing for free as well! They took care of some other scratches near the damaged areas, and tossed in free windshield wipers to boot! George kept me informed about what was done. When I picked up my car, he reviewed everything that he did. He told me he would bill the insurance directly for anything that was nto covered by the estimate. I will definately go here if I ever need body repair again!!!! My car looks great inside and out! Thanks so much, George and staff!!!!!”

“To me, the BEST. We live nearby in Longmeadow and have had a Minivan, Altima and two Mercedes repaired at Felix's with varying degrees of damage. Bill is a superior mechanic. They are organized, timely, super fastidious and very skilled. Paint work is excellent. Most importantly, this shop is fair with pricing and honest as the day is long. Some of these we paid out of pocket and they knew how to keep the costs down. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Also, great detail shop.”

“I needed a right tail light replacement cover and Ryan was very helpful, pleasant and professional. They didn't have it in stock, so he ordered it and I was able to pick it up the next day. I had a great experience, thanks to Ryan who helped me get my minivan right to pass the state inspection and get a good sticker. Another thing to mention is the atmosphere/environment. I honestly wasn't expecting to see a junk yard office so clean and organized. I was impressed, well deserved 5 stars. God bless you Ryan for all your help?”

“I recently visited this auto repair shop for some routine maintenance on my car. The staff was professional and got me checked in quickly. The waiting area was clean and had enough seating, which made the short wait more comfortable. The mechanic explained what needed to be done and gave an estimated time for completion.
The service was finished around the time they mentioned, and the pricing seemed fair compared to other places I’ve been to. My car has been running fine since the visit, which is always a good sign. Overall, it was a decent experience—nothing fancy, but they did the job as expected.”
“eBay search specific to my vehicle returned an item but I could not verify from the description or contact with the business that it indeed fit my car (docked 1 star). The associate I spoke with by phone was very diligent but could not confirm/guarantee the fit... I took a chance & the part fits perfect hence 4 stars :-)”

He gave me a very reasonable estimate which I ended up not using because the car was totaled by the insurance company - and when I told him this he was actually happy for me that I got a good settlement even though it meant he got no business from me. “Balise Collision did a marvelous job on the repairs to our 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. The work was performed on time and was true to the estimate they had provided. The front bumper and front right quarter panel were replaced and the car is now as good as new. “Best auto body iv been 2 in 20years . They keap me informed of progress witch was nice for a change every other place I had 2 deal with i would have to call them. They offered 2 flat bed 2 my home that was a frist one iv never been offered that . And most inportint is my truck came out looking great . My other truck got hit and im definitely going 2 Oliver again it's my new place 2 get work done . Hopefully wont need it”
