“I have to the owner and mechanic so much praise. Let me tell you the craziest thing that happened to me. My car stalled out in front of this auto shop. (What are the odds) this was at 7:30am. I called the shop and he answered the phone and asked if he could look at my car. He said yes but not right away I was totally ok with that. He called me an hour later let me know it was my caliper & my brakes. I luckily already had brakes and rotors for my car that I got from a friend. He told me the price and I said go ahead and fix it. (The price was very reasonable and $200 less than a quote I got earlier that month) He fixed it within the hour. By noon my car was done. As a woman I always feel afraid because I’ve been taken advantage of in the past when it comes to mechanics. But not at primos. This man was professional and he explained things so I understood what he was saying. His beautiful wife took my payment and she was also very professional & kind. I will be recommending this auto shop to everyone I know. I couldn’t be more happy to have found a new mechanic.”

“I knew I needed brakes. I knew this. But I thought... maybe a few more miles, right? Next paycheck. Or the next one... Then one afternoon I was driving down Mt Tom in low gear and every time I applied the brakes it sounded like a howler monkey in heat. Time for a brake job!
I walked into Steve's on my lunch break, and they said they could have it done before I got out of work. They were fast, did the job right, and the price was perfectly reasonable.
My only problem now is that when I back out of parking spaces, pedestrians don't hear the screeching metal warning noise they used to get :-D

As a female I’m a bit timid when it comes to mechanic work, but the woman who answered the phone was so patient with me since this was my first time needing repair work through my insurance and answered all my questions. They replaced my door and all the extra items I had on it, cleaned the inside and outside, matched my paint job perfectly, even on some spots that were slightly outside the original damage from the claim.
