We had to rent a car to get home when our vehicle broke down while visiting from Maine. Paul at Avis was wonderful, checking in to see if we still needed the vehicle and then staying open late for us to pick it up. Our experience with Avis was a bright spot in an otherwise tough trip. Much appreciated!!
