“I booked my truck a month ago and Budget did not have one on the day of the rental because of a mechanical issue. But Paul called me the day before and explained the situation and asked me if I could use a smaller truck and was still actively trying to get me the truck I ordered. I wasn't able to use the smaller truck. I asked Paul to call me by 12:00 noon on the day of the rental to confirm he had no luck finding the truck I needed - and he did.So while I actually never got a truck, I was treated with respect. I was able to get another truck from another company because I had time to do it.It would be nice if the companies that rent trucks would do more of a guarantee or help to pay the higher rent when they cannot, but all truck rentals are a risk no matter who you rent from. We paid more, but at least we did not have the last minute scramble. Moving is stressful enough.”

“Great people. Great service. Did not like the van. Some of the fees are getting a bit much.(extra driver). Especially after renting on a regular basis (sometimes 2 vehicles/ 2 times a week) for about 15 years. Used to be more of a family business that made customers feel as such.”
