“This man was a miracle worker. They made sure all the residue from my last tint job in New York (which clearly didn’t go great) at no extra charge and had it done well before the time frame he gave me and was even able to take it in early that day. His customer service was the best I’ve ever reserved. Very well spoken, very relatable. To top it all off I made the mistake of lowering the window just a little and messed it up, I called him and he told me come back on by and we’ll take a look at it. Fixed it on the spot with his tools.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Western MA Auto Glass. After Safelite repeatedly mishandled my windshield replacement, I was left still needing a new windshield and with multiple safety and driver-assistance features on my vehicle not working properly. My Kia dealership referred me to Western MA Auto Glass, and I am so thankful they did. Nancy went above and beyond to help me. It was quite a process getting my insurance company and Safelite to address the previous mistakes, and she spent an incredible amount of time corresponding with them and working through everything on my behalf. She was kind, patient, accommodating, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated the time and effort she put into getting everything straightened out. Candy and his son, Anthony, helped me during my first visit to get all of my driver-awareness and safety systems properly calibrated — features that should never have been left disabled after the previous windshield work. Candy then installed the new windshield on another visit, and the entire process was easy, smooth, professional, and fast. They even wiped out my vehicle afterward, which was very much needed and such a thoughtful extra touch. After such a frustrating experience elsewhere, Western MA Auto Glass completely turned the situation around. I am beyond grateful to Nancy, Candy, and Anthony for their kindness, professionalism, patience, and excellent work. I truly cannot imagine going anywhere else for auto glass work in the future. Thank you so much!”

“Balise Collision did a marvelous job on the repairs to our 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. The work was performed on time and was true to the estimate they had provided. The front bumper and front right quarter panel were replaced and the car is now as good as new. We could not be more pleased with Balise Collision and would certainly give them a strong recommendation.”
