“Everything is well organized and I normally find everything that I may need. The customer service is great. So far they have been helpful, polite and nice towards me and my family. I can't complain its one of the places I mainly go to find extra pieces to my outfits and at times I find the cutest scrubs that are a great price and a perfect fit.”
“I do the curbside pickup most of the time now and am rarely if ever disappointed in the service. The orders are ready on time, and frequently early and the associates are quick and efficient getting your order into your vehicle.
My only complaints are that too many items (especially foodstuffs) seem to be permanently out of stock...like the supply chain still has not improved since covid.... and the app doesn't always reflect inventory in real time. If you keep checking your updates while the order is being prepared you will be notified most of the time however numerous times I have arrived to pick up my order and I found at the last minute that some items are unavailable which can be very frustrating. Hopefully now as the economy will likely be improving, this issue will start to disappear.”
