The prices are low and you can often find niche items here that aren't anywhere else or premium products you would need a membership to access elsewhere. Keep up the good work and stick around!”

1276 Saint James Avenue, Springfield MA 01104

    3.6 Good 26 reviews

“This store is much better than ive seen in recent years. Im not sure when this location cleaned up but it definitely HAS! I could get up and down the isles without boxed inventory all over the place and in the way. They were very stocked without large sections if bare shelves like ive grown to expect when going here. The staff was most definitely friendly and helpful. If this is how this location ALWAYS IS for the most part these days, I'd actually come shop here on purpose and more often instead of quick last minute stops in a pinch just cuz im in the area. I haven't seen this store in such cleanliness and so organized in a VERY VERY LONG TIME! I was shocked in the best way!”

Every aisle is tidy, shelves are perfectly stocked, and it’s clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a welcoming environment. The customer service is top-notch — everyone is friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to the store manager, Morayma. She is always smiling, greeting customers with genuine warmth, and clearly leads by example. Her dedication to keeping the store in such excellent condition doesn’t go unnoticed. You can tell she truly cares about both her team and the customer experience.?”

It’s not easy giving up a holiday to serve the community, and it’s even harder doing it with the level of patience, grace, and professionalism I witnessed. Despite dealing with some difficult customers, the staff kept their composure, stayed respectful, and managed to maintain a light, welcoming mood throughout the store. Their teamwork, positive energy, and willingness to help didn’t go unnoticed. It made a big difference in the shopping experience that day, and I truly appreciate each of them for showing up and showing out.
