They remember their customers and even open the door for them. Many customers refuse to buy jewelry anywhere else, returning to purchase gifts and favorite pieces.
Said at the Springfield location is the best! He found a replacement emerald for my emgagement ring very fast and I got my ring back very quickly. I appreciate the help and the kindness I received at Hannoush :)
