“When I was looking to have a countertop installed into my kitchen I looked at over 15 places to compare prices and none stood out to me like Kitchen’s by Curio did. I wanted others to know about the outstanding service I received provided by a man who works there, his name is John. John was very professional, friendly, and his knowledge on the variety of choices and what was in my price range was amazing. John was very skilled in everything kitchen, and made it easier for me to decide I wanted granite countertop. The harder part would be for me to pick a slab I liked and they look so different from piece to piece and John let me know that. He set up for me to meet with a wonderful lady, named Vanessa at Universal stone. Vanessa showed me what was available where she was working and when she realized I wasn’t really happy with any of those choices offered to bring me to another location that John had asked her to take me to. She was amazing, it wasn’t really warm out and she was still determined to find me something I really liked. John talked to me several times on the phone when needed and replied to emails promptly. John’s attention to every question I asked, and every detail to help me find a granite countertop within my price budget was easier than I thought it would be. Then we had two men come to measure the countertop out and a week later they came back and installed the new blue pearl granite countertop I picked out. I would highly recommend kitchens by curio for any kitchen project.”

“I ordered cabinets from this place. Was never given the option to have someone come out and measure for me. I measured the best of my ability. Myra the designer even with the measurements gave me the wrong cabinet sizes my brother was able 2 Figure out a way to make them work accept for one . Brandon the manager came to my home, credited me for the mismeasured cabinet. Also quite a few of the cabinets had chips on them. When I brought it to myra's attention she offered me a free touch up pen being nice instead of returning the chipped cabinets i excepted . When I went to use the pen the felt broke. When I asked for a new one She wanted to charge me. $50 are you kidding me. I spent $17,000 on cabinets good price but had paint chips. I ended up speaking with Brandon the Manager once again who ordered me another pen for free. Thank you Brandon for your professionalism. I would recommend anyone to go directly to you.”

“I just picked up a new faucet for our kitchen from FW Webb in Springfield. My customer rep was Lori and I want to say she was simply the best! Lori was very patient with all my questions and indecision and was extremely knowledgable in giving me feedback. It was a real pleasure dealing with someone who was as polite and professional as Lori was today. I will definitely shop at this store again.Charlie H.”
