When I first started renting here it wasn’t extra space storage. When they took over they jacked up the price and without warning. They said they email and send out a letter to you before doing so but I didn’t receive an email or letter stating the prices would change. They also provide you with a pin to get in and out the gate that is long and hard to remember and won’t allow you to change it. Other than that they do have pleasant staff and give you a good amount of time to pay before they auction off your space. I’d rate it a 3 out of 5.
