I reserved a unit online and chose one location but they gave me a unit at another location. It also says that the units are climate controlled which they are not. This was verified by the man working there at the time who was very polite and helpful which is the only reason they get the two stars to begin with..

Smooth and easy process. Guys at front desk were very kind and helpful. Easy time finding the storage unit as well thanks to the directions of the guys at the front desk. Even helped me open my locks when asked. ☺️??

This is the second time I've used Life storage. Went there and was taken care of by Gemini Maldonado it was very helpful and informational showed me everything including doors exits open storage and showed it to me. Took time to explain everything very nice dealing with him. I hope using appreciated employee.
