We spent a long time and a lot of money. Their phone doesn’t work. Our service doesn’t work. We had to get a new phone which we got and now we have two phones with no service and no way to get in touch with anyone at T mobile because our phones are suspended for non pay despite there clearly being money taken out of my bank account.

The young man Alex with glasses was no help at all he had me come in for my broken phone and did nothing with it I moved to boot mobile they are more professional

It was a wonderful service provided to me by Nikki they helped me with my phone and storage and helped me be able to take more photos and videos for my device. They are very knowledgeable about phones and devices to help me with what i needed

Worst Metro store. They never have anything in stock and claim that their system is down at least 2 times a week. Smh. Poor customer service, they will talk on personal phone while taking care of you.
