Metro by T-Mobile is a busier location where customers have always received good customer service and are greeted on time. The representatives are helpful, knowledgeable about phones and devices, and look out for the customers. Many go above and beyond to solve problems, explaining each step. They help with activating new phones, fixing errors, and managing device storage. However, some reviews note that representatives can try to over charge customers, creating an uncomfortable situation, and there is a service fee for some support. Despite this, many find the staff to be a great asset and recommend the store for its wonderful service.
Had Wes as the sales rep today 6/30/2026. My experience was awesome, the change over from my carrier went so smooth to Metro and he even set me up with autopay. I highly recommended going to the Liberty St. location if you are thinking of joining Metro. Thanks again Wes!
