“I love this place! I'm so glad my nurse that I had up until a year ago changed my prescriptions to them. Very rarely do I run out, and that is due to the availability of the medication.
The staff is friendly and respectful. The delivery service is spot on and calls when they are just around the corner. Mike is my delivery person, and I can't say enough good about him.
My neighbors always tell me when I see them, "Your drug dealer came today, right?" They are joking about it the way they say it. They mean oh you're medication was delivered today. This means my prescriptions, which technically are drugs but legal.
I really have nothing negative to say about this pharmacy. Wish I could give them more stars than 5. I would give them infinity stars.

“I love my CVS the one in 600 State Street in Springfield I've been going to the store to the pharmacy for a long long time the only thing that has changed a lot of stealing from the people from the street the homeless but I use drugs that's no good but now they have a security guard everything is better now good job for you for the CVS I love this store communicate with everybody and the employees they excellent in the pharmacy they have my medicine everything is perfect I love the coupons oh yeah I cannot forget about the coupons they helped me a lot and everything that I buy the coupons that works for me thank you”

“I have been a loyal customer of Walgreens for years. Both here in Massachusetts and when I lived in Florida. Never had a complaint. However; the Walgreens on St James, Chicopee, MA seems to have kinks in their pharmacy hours. Several times when I needed my medication, the pharmacy would be closed without notice. Then they cut their hours!! The staff was great and they had no control whatsoever over pharmacy hours. But they just became too unreliable. So. I switched to the Carew, St pharmacy in Springfield and it’s been smooth sailing!! Excellent customer service! Thank you!!”

“Today I went into the health center with a serious dental problem. For almost a week I was trying to see the dentist who originally did the work on my teeth but was unable to get a good appointment. But today I just went in and asked for the person in charge and he came out and he help set up a appointment for me today at 11:00am. I came back at 10:30 and they called me at 10:35. I had Dr. K and her assistant Lilly and they did a wonderful job. Thank you ladies. Dr.K repaired a serious cavity hole in my tooth and was able save my tooth for a couple more years. (I'm 65)

“My boyfriend had pneumonia and his prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy. I called CVS to answer them and really wanted to pick them up tonight (it’s Sunday), and they close early at 6pm. Thankfully I spoke to the pharmacist and he told me he would get them transferred and filled within an hour-and he did. He was so kind. He even called me back, and let me know he found my boyfriend’s insurance (he just moved states) and asked me for his phone number and even told me how much it would cost as he was filling them. He so super nice and helpful!! I’m so thankful because now my boyfriend can start his meds and hopefully start feeling better sooner now! Thanks to that kind pharmacist!”
