Plaza Package Store is a family-owned business that has been serving customers for years. The staff is great, very friendly, knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and compassionate. Customers are always greeted with a smile and receive excellent customer service that exceeds expectations. The store has a good variety, including the best Bourbon selection in the area and a pretty big selection of wines, with helpful suggestions for pairing. Prices are reasonable and comparable to others. While not a big store and in need of some updating, it is consistently described as a great place where the staff ensures they have what customers want.
My husband and I have been going for years. There are good kind people working there. Always say hi and greeted with a smile.
