The store gave me a receipt saying that it refunded me my $11.90 back to my card when I go back to look at my account two days later there's still no refund in my account but it shows that the $11.90 was removed from my account

Walked in the store, wasn't chased around by an associate, found the chair I wanted, paid for it and left with it. Simple and quick shopping with no bullshit. Perfect.

The associates are great, Staples is...meh. The people at my local store are the only reason I still use them.
