The absolute most laziest bunch of people I have ever met. No communication. No coordination. BEYOND help RUDE! And dirty as hell of a facility. I know by seeing other reviews and seeing this place only has 1.5 stars, that nothing will change, but still feels like it should be said. Hope to never come to this place again.

The staff here are very rude, they are very rude to the truck drivers, especially a Jamaican woman, she always does the job wrong and also yells. I changed the seal and paper three times in one load, she made so many mistakes.

My package 9449008105463729188967 has been stuck between Shrewsbury and Springfield, MA the last month; mailed it June 18th for California and can’t get a refund until you guys decide to get your act together and ship my package where it needs to go
