The absolute most laziest bunch of people I have ever met. No communication. No coordination. BEYOND help RUDE! And dirty as hell of a facility. I know by seeing other reviews and seeing this place only has 1.5 stars, that nothing will change, but still feels like it should be said. Hope to never come to this place again.

Staff at desk was very willing to help me send back a package.
I had the wrong return label. (It was an example what a return label looks like). Instead of jumping on the stupid move I made he was calm and explained everything.
This is why the work for the post office, they know what they are doing.
I rushed back the next day with the correct label. He put it on there with respect. Your all set!

The staff here are very rude, they are very rude to the truck drivers, especially a Jamaican woman, she always does the job wrong and also yells. I changed the seal and paper three times in one load, she made so many mistakes.

My package 9449008105463729188967 has been stuck between Shrewsbury and Springfield, MA the last month; mailed it June 18th for California and can’t get a refund until you guys decide to get your act together and ship my package where it needs to go

My package has been stuck here since the 15th it’s not the 23rd and it’s still “moving through facility” can’t get ahold of any real human being at these places and it’s really getting on my last nerves, no way it’s been moving in the same facility for 7-8 days.

BMEU for bulk mailing entrance is around the corner from the main entrance that you see in these photos. Drive right by the big USPS sign to next intersection take left (Worcester St ?) About quarter of a mile on your left you will see another USPS sign with a fence that you pull up to for them to open. Once through you will see the one blue door on left of building and you enter there. Essential the other side of the facility.

It is the worst place to carry a load, if you going here take your mattress and pillow and take rest 5/6 hours everyone is acting like he/she is working but they ain't doing nothing

They sent my package to Puerto Rico instead of North Carolina. Probably one of the workers there, switched my label and sent it to one of their family members

When I read the reviews I was a little worried about the journey ahead of me, but when I arrived it wasn't like the reviews, arrive early and unload quickly! Maybe they're trying to change things. Give them some time and hope they get better!
