She was very friendly, very helpful, down to earth, and made returning the truck after hours very simple and helped me avoid all fees. One time I made a reservation at the wrong U-Haul since there are two in town, and she very quickly changed my reservation and made a new one for me to get me on my way. “Last week, Early morning stove and heater stopped working due to gas not delivered to house even though thank is 60÷ full. Called the office and explained my problem . Technician came to house and repaired the defective valve within an hour. Very professional Technician. Thank you John and Lane for taking care of the issue right away.”
