My mother’s Tv was broken for a week and still is. There are other patients with the same issue. Maintenance was notified every day that I was there and did not show up!!! Unacceptable! I had a great visit with a close friend today and had a chance to observe several staff members interact with quite a few residents. I was really impressed to see how they treated each and every resident!

My visits to Bear Hill Rehabilitation have been pleasant.The staff are welcoming and informative.The lower level looks bright and welcoming.The second level not so much.The wall paper is from 1980.It needs updating and a paint job.The lighting is dim and that takes a toll on older eye vision.A fresh coat of paint would... read full comment
